About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional National Account Manager for Woolworths to lead our Customer Joint Business Plan across branded and private label products. As part of our team, you will work closely with various departments, including marketing, demand planning, logistics, finance, and sales teams, to drive innovative growth for Woolworths' portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to achieve SPC's sales and profitability goals
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across SPC and Woolworths to enhance category performance
  • Leading strategic initiatives for product activation and ranging to maximise brand visibility and sales
  • Managing budget and spend optimisation to drive cost-effective results and overall account performance
  • Conducting performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure ongoing competitiveness

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a National Account Management position within the major grocery channel, preferably managing the Woolworths account
  • Proven success in sales and account management within the FMCG sector
  • A thorough understanding of the major grocery channel, including customer and buyer needs and market competition
  • Strong commercial acumen, planning, and organisation skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and build productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
