Strategic Commercial Beer Account Manager

This is a dynamic role with Asahi Beverages, a leading company in the Australian market. We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager - Commercial Beer to join our team and contribute to driving growth and success.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business strategy and developing strong relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering profit, revenue, and performance targets through account-specific planning, execution, and customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts, experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts, and solid sales or marketing experience within a blue chip consumer goods company.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. Our team environment is collaborative and supportive, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers to understand their key business drivers and requirements, and to develop effective long-term relationships. You will also be responsible for maximizing time spent with customers in up-selling, cross-selling, and brand building, as well as reviewing outlet/venue performance and identifying opportunities and obstacles to drive growth.
