This is an exciting Business Development/Key Account Manager opportunity with a leading Australian company, Montu, that is continuing to experience rapid growth. As a key player in the business development team, you will be responsible for driving order volume growth within your designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets.

### Job Description:

Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service.

### Key Responsibilities:

**Driving Order Volume Growth:**

  • Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets.
  • Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valuable partnerships.

**Relationship Building:**

  • Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships between Montu and pharmacy partners, acting as their dedicated point of contact.
  • Address partner issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and ensure resolutions are achieved.

**Strategic Initiatives:**

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience.
  • Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success.

### Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of experience in key account management, highly desirable if you have experience in SaaS, liquor and beverage industry with a short sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around AU$120,000 - AU$180,000, based on the industry standards and the level of experience required.
