Montu is a fast-growing company in the Australian market, seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development/Key Account Manager to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to commercial growth and develop a deep understanding of the General Practitioner (GP) market.
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive commercial growth. The role will involve establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with GPs, as well as ensuring that partners are well-informed about Montu's latest products and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GP market and identify opportunities to grow business.
- Clinical Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to GPs on the use of Montu's products and services.
- Product Knowledge and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Commercial and Sales Performance: Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to drive commercial growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years' experience in key account management.
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and meeting sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
