Key Account Growth Manager

About the Role: As a Key Account Growth Manager at Kogan.com, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through outbound lead generation, client relationship management, and process improvement. You will oversee tasks across the Commercial ecosystem, including Logistics, Sales, and tender applications.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage inbound/outbound sales inquiries, from quoting to invoicing and delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Proactively drive sales and identify commercial opportunities through cold and warm outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key clients
- Manage day-to-day operations of large client accounts and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts
- Resolve client issues efficiently and meet sales targets
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a University Degree qualification in a relevant field (Business, Commerce, Marketing etc), commercially savvy experience within a Sales role, analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships while driving solid commercial outcomes.
Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and comparable roles in Australia.
