About Montu

Montu is a leading player in the Australian healthcare industry, seeking a skilled Business Development/Key Account Manager to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to commercial growth and develop a deep understanding of the General Practitioner (GP) market.

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, including establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with GPs. The role will involve ensuring that partners are well-informed about Montu's latest products and offerings, aligning these with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GP market and identify opportunities to grow business.
  • Clinical Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to GPs on the use of Montu's products and services.
  • Product Knowledge and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Commercial and Sales Performance: Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to drive commercial growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience in key account management.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
