Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with a broad network of General Practitioners (GPs) to understand their needs and concerns regarding patient care and treatment options. The role will involve ensuring that partners are well-informed about Montu's latest products and offerings, aligning these with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with GPs.
- Clinical Support: Respond to complex clinical questions and inquiries from GPs, providing evidence-based information and support.
- Product Knowledge and Communication: Share field insights with internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and educational materials.
- Commercial and Sales Performance: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company based on interactions with GPs and knowledge of the GP market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years' experience in key account management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
