Business Administration Trainee

As a Business Administration Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in a supportive environment where learning and growth are prioritised.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate contacts
- Manage emails and take messages
- Perform data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Provide customer service both in person and over the phone
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
- Assist with any other tasks as required by the Host Employer
- Be eligible to undertake a Traineeship
- Present yourself professionally, be well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
- Show motivation with a positive attitude towards learning and development
- Possess general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Have a driver's license and access to own transport is preferred and highly regarded
- Award wages (paid fortnightly) + Super + Holiday Leave Loading + Allowances
- Full Time employment/contract
- Upon completion: Certificate III in Business
- A dedicated Field Officer to support you during your traineeship
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist you with your personal wellbeing
