**The Company**:
Focuses on HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, fire protection and multi-services installations.
**The Role**:
Supporting the Project Team, your responsibilities include:
- Managing telephone and face to face queries - clients, suppliers, visitors
- Supporting the Manager, Project Manager and various departments with administrative tasks
- Compiling tender proposals i.e. binding, typing etc
- Managing deliveries, couriers and mail
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Organising catering as required
- Typing and distributing meeting minutes
- Printing and collating of manuals
- Ensuring all filing and photocopying is correctly completed
- Accurate document production, presentation & collation
- Ensuring compliance with quality systems, company policies, OH&S compliance
- Monitor and stock kitchen
- Ad hoc administration as required

You hit the ground running, multi task, show initiative and are able to work autonomously. Along with excellent communication skills you are proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
