Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses
  • Determining sales potential and making recommendations
  • Preparing detailed reports on consumer behaviour, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales
  • Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones
  • Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Ambition to progress to Sales management level
  • Strong computer and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in preparing and presenting detailed reports on sales, consumer behaviour, and market trends
  • Proven experience in compiling and analyzing sales and market data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presenting findings

  • Self-motivated, confident and capable of engaging at all levels
  • Ability to identify value-enhancing opportunities
