Payroll Operations Specialist

">Our payroll team is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support our payroll processes across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, preparing essential reports, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our payroll operations.
">- Manage payroll processing for employees in the Asia-Pacific region;
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and consolidate data as needed;
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance;
- Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes;
- Prepare payroll month-end reports for accounting and auditing purposes;
- Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as required.

">You will also bring the following skills and experience:
">- 5+ years' experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration, particularly with Australian and New Zealand payroll requirements;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Forms;
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but not essential;
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues effectively;
- Ability to escalate issues when necessary, maintaining proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven work habits;
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or a related field preferred.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, generous paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
