**Your new opportunity**:
Embark on an exciting journey as a Branch Administration Trainee This full time position will teach you what you need to know to support branch activities. You'll get hands on experience whilst receiving guidance and training from our friendly team. Located in McDougalls Hill, you'll sit within a bustling branch servicing on-highway, off-highway and retail operations. **In this role you will**:

- Operate switchboard to answer all incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Undertake general clerical duties which can include typing, mail, photocopying, filing, general office maintenance and more.
- Monitor, maintain and order all consumables, and organise maintenance of branch equipment and supplies.
- Action & rectify enquiries and complaints to ensure top quality customer relations.
- Process daily entry of timesheets, as well as entering leave into our timekeeping system.
- Arrange and maintain required information for branch maintenance schedule.
- Arrange travel and accommodation in travel system.
- Organise appointments, meetings and functions as required.
- Assist with the planning and booking of mine site inductions for our Off Hwy Technicians
- Projects and tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.

**About you**:

- High school certificate.
- Previous administrative experience would be a plus, but as a trainee, we're happy to develop you.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
