Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our growth engine, you'll be responsible for defining and optimising our sales processes, procedures, operations, strategy, and funnel to accelerate growth and improve efficiency.
You will report directly to the Director of Growth and own every aspect of revenue operations, including forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, strategy, sales targets, and incentive plans, as well as new hire onboarding, process development, and communication.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in sales, growth, and revenue operations, with a demonstrable track record of success. They will possess efficient project management skills, be proficient in Hubspot and other revenue software systems, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategy based upon individual and team performance, product roadmap, and GTM data / insight.
- Develop and deliver ongoing sales training, coaching, and tooling / sales enablement assets.
- Analyse and optimise performance of the full Zeller revenue funnel and operational metrics, ensuring CRM, lead qualification, management, pipeline hygiene, and data accuracy.
- Suggest improvements to sales units productivity through dev-ops, process improvement, and simplification.
- Ensure sales process adherence from team members and identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Administrate all technical aspects of key sales systems.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance, customer success, and product teams to develop and improve cross-functional operational architecture.

- Proven experience in sales, growth, and revenue operations with a strong track record of success.
- Efficient project management skills, with proficiency in Hubspot and other revenue software systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, professional, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Growth-oriented and analytical mindset to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.
- Confident presentation and communication skills to manage discussions and drive decision-making.
- Strong and precise communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
