Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Setting and Incentive Design: Translate company goals into targets for commercial teams, develop effective incentive schemes, and measure attainment.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and revenue systems like Outreach
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience.
