We're building tools to make this happen, and we need a talented Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team.

The Role:

  • Define and execute sales strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales, driving growth through data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing sales training, coaching, and tooling, enhancing the performance of our sales teams.
  • Implement regular sales operational checkpoints and meeting structures to ensure our CRM, lead qualification, management, pipeline hygiene, and data are accurate.
  • Analyse and optimise the full Zeller revenue funnel and operational metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Simplify sales processes, identify product training requirements for new product deployments, and support the growth team with reporting and analytics.

What You'll Need:

  • A proven background in sales, growth, and revenue operations, with a track record of success.
  • Efficient project management skills, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other revenue / growth / sales software systems, adept at utilising technology to drive results.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and confident presentation and communication abilities.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience).
