About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in revenue operations, sales, and growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will help us drive data-driven insights and decision-making, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving payments landscape.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Head of Sales to define and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives and product roadmap.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  3. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline our sales operations, including CRM management, lead qualification, and pipeline hygiene.
  4. Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill our sales teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  5. Technical Expertise: Administer our key sales systems, including Hubspot and Aircall, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and improve sales performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Hubspot, Aircall, and other sales software systems, with experience in utilizing technology to drive results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and shared success.
