Revenue Operations and Billing Director

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations and Billing Director to lead our revenue operations and billing team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving a data-driven, efficient, and value-focused revenue assurance culture.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing revenue operations or billing teams within large, diverse organizations. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team by setting and implementing strategies aligned with our revenue management objectives.
You will oversee billing accuracy, ensure timely processing, and prevent revenue leakage through targeted initiatives. Your expertise in process improvement and customer-centered revenue initiatives will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team by setting and implementing strategies aligned with TGE's revenue management objectives.
- Oversee billing accuracy, ensure timely processing, and prevent revenue leakage through targeted initiatives.
- Spearhead initiatives to identify and resolve billing discrepancies, streamline manual and automated processes, and implement best practices to maintain accuracy in consignment billing and revenue reporting.
- Work closely with teams across TGE to ensure that revenue processes support a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue assurance, billing, or operations within large-scale organizations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and customer-centered revenue initiatives.
- Knowledge of RCTI and revenue assurance systems is advantageous.
