Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Candidate Profile

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication, site visits, and other forms of engagement.

• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through targeted marketing efforts and direct outreach.

Managing Sales Activities

• Work closely with the sales team to acquire new business and close deals.

• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.

Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue

• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and approaches.

• Gain a deep understanding of our target customer base, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.

• Use this knowledge to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This is a salaried position with a guaranteed minimum salary of $80,000 per year. However, actual compensation may be higher based on performance and experience.
