The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar environment and possess knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Key Requirements :
- Administrative experience
- Certificate in Business administration or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good keyboard skills
- Proficiency in computers and relevant software applications
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the business
- Receive and forward phone calls to the appropriate person or take messages
- Oversight of email correspondence and data filing
- Provide face-to-face interactions with clients and visitors, directing them to the conference room or staff member's office
- Additional administration duties including answering public inquiries, scheduling appointments, receiving and sending messenger/courier items
**Benefits & Salary :** We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits scheme is KPI-based, encouraging staff to strive for excellence. Regular training and development opportunities are also available to support your career growth.
