We are seeking a Project Support Officer - Data Coordinator to join our team due to organic growth and multiple project awards.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and book travel for team members according to company policy.
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Handle high-volume data and generate reports using PowerBI, MS Excel and Word, applying pivot tables and VLOOKUP techniques.
  • Clients and Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work on 2-3 projects concurrently, managing time and priorities efficiently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel and the ability to apply advanced features such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: A strong team player who considers the importance of collaboration and teamwork.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
