Boutique Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently, managing everything from meeting schedules and team celebrations to executive assistance and event planning.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, with strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with Melbourne's corporate hospitality scene. Flexibility for occasional event-related hours is required.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading privately owned property group known for their purpose-driven residential community projects and a hardworking, down-to-earth team culture. As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting key leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Office Operations: Manage diaries, organize meetings, and support onboarding processes
- Event Planning: Coordinate functions, quarterly events, and corporate hospitality, including the MCG corporate box
- Inventory Management: Track office inventory and coordinate with consultants
- Administrative Support: Provide executive assistance and maintain office supplies
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package of $95K - $115K (Incl. Super), based on experience. This role is immediately available and we are organising interviews now.
