Highly Skilled Office Coordinator for CEO

Based in Melbourne CBD, our client is a leading public sector organisation with a team size of over 1000.
This temporary role, until the end of February 2025, requires an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Manage and review filing and office systems
- Coordinate project-based work
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Demonstrated professional experience within organisations in the financial sector
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A temporary role with the possibility of extension

We estimate this position will be remunerated at approximately $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
