Front Office Operations Coordinator

A dynamic and customer-centric individual is required to lead the Front Office department at Mantra on Little Bourke, a 4.5-star hotel in the heart of Melbourne. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:
- Coordinate the management of the Front Office in the Operations Manager's absence, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
- Foster strong communication with all departments to achieve a cohesive and efficient team.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and career development opportunities to the Front Office team, promoting job fulfillment and growth.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement new incentives through the ALL loyalty program to motivate colleagues and maximize hotel revenue.
- Effectively utilize and manage colleagues through staff planning, hiring, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Adhere to and promote the Company's Health and Safety policies, maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring colleagues are aware of safety procedures.
Requirements:
We seek an individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in leading teams in Front Office roles. The knowledge of Sihot is an asset, and the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think critically to resolve issues is essential. Strong communication skills, personal presentation, and a genuine customer service focus are also required.
