  • In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team focused on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of land by Homes Victoria.
  • You will arrange contract execution, draft correspondence and reports, respond to enquiries, and coordinate activities related to property transaction settlement.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • A project support officer or administrative officer with knowledge of Victorian Government land policies and framework.
  • Flexible and possessing good communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive individual who is able to quickly learn new challenges.
  • A team player with property-related administrative experience and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, email management, and databases.
Compensation Package: Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
