About the Role:

  • As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, distributing and/or taking detailed messages, and coordinating meeting/conference room bookings.
  • Other duties include preparing refreshments, ordering catering for events, and assisting with setting up for events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within professional services is essential.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of MS Office, and a proactive team attitude.
  • An obliging manner and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
