About the RoleThis is a temp contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment. You will work in urban centers near public transport, making it easy to commute.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing office tasks and keeping operations running smoothly
- Completing essential tasks like filing, scanning, archiving, and organizing documents
- Handling financial summaries, banking reports, and managing cash payment records
- Coordinating mail distribution, external couriers, and internal correspondence
- Organizing meeting rooms, coordinating catering, and preparing for events
To thrive in this role, you should have:

A Certificate III or IV in business, administration, or a related field can be helpful but is not required.
