High-Growth Market Sales Director

CEVA Logistics, a global supply chain solutions provider with operations in 170 countries and over 110,000 employees, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth in a high-growth market.
Job SummaryThe Field Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving targeted results-driven sales that align with operational capacity and business goals. This role will involve identifying and securing new customers to optimize transport capacity, collaborating closely with the State Transport Manager to align sales efforts with operational capabilities, and implementing standardized proposals to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts without disruption to existing operations.

Key Responsibilities:- IDentify and secure new customers to optimize the use of transport capacity
- Collaborate closely with the State Transport Manager to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and objectives
- Work with the Senior Transport BDM to ensure strategic alignment, performance monitoring, and support during the sales process
- Implement standardized proposals to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts without disruption to existing operations
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in sales/business development within the transport sector, strong collaboration and influencing skills, a strong understanding of Australian transport networks and operational cost drivers, proficiency in using data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies, excellent ability to present and negotiate tailored transport solutions, experience working with CRM systems and managing transactional sales processes, and bonus points for tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
