About the Opportunity


We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Marketing Director to lead our adviser segment growth initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive significant growth within this segment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Team: You will oversee a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Adviser Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute adviser marketing strategies that drive demand and increase market share, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to provide resources, content, and events that empower engagement with adviser prospects and clients.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the development of strategies to engage advisers at every stage of the customer journey through personalised and automated campaigns.
  • Event Management: Oversee adviser sponsorship, events, and webinars, tracking and measuring their performance, conducting post-event reviews.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics to monitor key performance metrics and marketing ROI, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and identifying optimisation opportunities.


About You

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial/investments industry with a proven record of driving results and achieving targets.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of adviser marketing principles, including demand generation, sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, and event management.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data for decision-making and articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
