About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our leadership team at FAIR Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and revenue expansion in the SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC) markets

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in the sales and consulting industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams
  • Experience working in the SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CX, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GPC) markets
  • A deep understanding of the sales and consulting industry, with a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
