About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our business growth in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key distributors to achieve financial and market share objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors to gain a strategic competitive advantage, conducting ongoing business reviews, account analysis & presentations.
  • Influence distributors to ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and pricing functions to build and manage product brand presence and brand equity across the market.
  • Partner with supply chain function to facilitate demand forecasting and supply planning process for the distributor.
  • Foster team building and collaboration by providing direction and support to internal stakeholders and partners, driving full support of Goodyear product objectives and fulfillment of distributor agreements.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial trading agreements with a market-oriented approach.
Requirements:
  • 10 years b2b sales experience (minimum 5 years key account manager experience).
  • Experience of account management within a distribution model is highly regarded.
  • A proven record of successful growth of sales with large key account customers/organisations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with large key account.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management both internally & externally.
  • Ability to motivate and drive external sales force.
