We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Director in the Australian Energy Sector to join our team based in any of our Eastern Seaboard offices in Australia. This is a newly created role in exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a priority growth market.

This role requires developing a comprehensive sales strategy specifically tailored to the Energy Sector, including transmission, renewables, energy transition and sustainable fuels. Establishing a sales pipeline that aligns with our strategic goals will also be essential. You'll work closely with the marketing team to enhance the organisation's brand presence within the Energy sector, leveraging marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and targeted campaigns to position Beca as a leader in the market.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge and extensive industry connections within the Energy sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.

You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring opportunities are turned into commercial outcomes for business lines and be involved with regularly tracking progress against sales plan and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales targets and strategic goals. A proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
