Job Title: International Sales Director for Global Markets


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in global markets. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive business growth, and strengthen our presence in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with our company's strategic objectives;
  • Maintain and enhance existing channel partnerships in the assigned region, improving customer relationships and expanding new channels as needed;
  • Manage direct sales to key accounts, while proactively seeking new customer opportunities through various sales channels;
  • Collect and analyze market information, staying updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;

Requirements:



  • A Bachelor's degree or above, with strong execution and decision-making abilities;
  • Familiarity with international trade processes, documentation, and market-related policies, regulations, and conventions;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients;
  • Strong passion for overseas sales, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating international markets;

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Location: Sydney, Australia.
