Civica is a leading provider of software solutions for public services. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Director to drive our business development strategy and lead high-performing teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We're at a pivotal point in our journey to become a GovTech champion worldwide. As a Strategic Growth Director, you will play a key role in steering our growth and go-to-market strategy, setting the standard for top-tier new business performance across our Libraries and Education vertical.

You will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, strengthening key relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. You'll operate in an individual contributor role while also ensuring the team is set up for success and contributes to the overall growth targets of the wider business.

This is a greenfield role where you will have the opportunity to set cadence, rigor, and best-in-class new business and go-to-market tactics, uplifting the overall performance of the team. You'll work alongside our Sales Managers to identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and lead optimization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of Business Development professionals. They will possess a wealth of knowledge, experience, and ability to execute when it comes to selling SaaS software solutions.
