About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Norwest office team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries and orders, and working closely with sales and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain effective communication with sales and production teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and features to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company procedures to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
