Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Care Services Coordinator to join our team within the Finance department. This role is focused on managing Home Care Package subsidy claiming, working alongside experienced team members. Key responsibilities include validating monthly claims, verifying remittances, and liaising with government departments to resolve discrepancies.
This hybrid role involves working from our office 2 days a week and remotely the rest of the time. You will be supported by a seasoned team and have opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, experience working in Aged Care/Home Care Packages (desired but not essential), intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of large ERP systems like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities- Validate and process monthly claims for Home Care Package subsidies
- Verify remittances and perform complex Excel reconciliations
- Liaise with government departments to resolve claim discrepancies
- Assist customers and their families in understanding statements and invoices
- Tertiary qualifications
- Experience in Aged Care/Home Care Packages (desired)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of large ERP systems like Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
