You will also work closely with other teams to coordinate services effectively, resolve last-minute schedule changes, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology, a strong phone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should also possess a positive attitude, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to problem-solve and think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate in-home care services across a large geographical region

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
