About the Role

As a Senior Service Coordination Manager at Kincare, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of our in-home care services across a large geographical region. This is a full-time permanent position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

This role involves ensuring that rosters are aligned to SCHADs Award compliances and optimizing Home Care Worker rosters to meet customer service requirements. You will also work closely with other teams to coordinate services effectively, resolve last-minute schedule changes, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/logistics methodology, a strong phone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should also possess a positive attitude, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to problem-solve and think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate in-home care services across a large geographical region

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
