About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic national contact centre. As the voice of KinCare, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and addressing a wide range of queries with precision and empathy.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between our Bella Vista office and working from home. You can expect:

  • 5 days additional annual leave after one year of service
  • Working hours between 12:30pm-9pm (AEST) Monday to Friday
  • 1 weekend shift every 4-6 weeks
  • Ongoing training and coaching for your professional development
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment

To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience working in a call centre or similar environment. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are also essential.
