About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Logistics Administrator
to manage the flow of goods from our suppliers to our customers. This role will act as a key link between our
suppliers
,
warehouse team
, and
clients
, ensuring that all orders are correctly processed, dispatched on time, and aligned with customer readiness and payment status.
You will be responsible for coordinating order fulfilment, verifying client readiness, managing courier arrangements, and maintaining accurate records within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to confirm which goods are ready for dispatch.
Verify client readiness by ensuring that customers are prepared to receive their goods and that payments have been completed in full.
Plan and schedule shipments, organising courier labels and delivery documentation.
Process and fulfil orders accurately in internal systems, ensuring all details are up to date.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
Maintain communication with clients regarding order status, delivery updates, and any potential delays.
Liaise with finance teams to confirm payment status before dispatch.
Keep accurate records of dispatches, courier information, and customer communications.
Work closely with the purchasing team to continuously improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in
logistics administration
,
order fulfilment
,
supply chain coordination
, or a similar role. - Strong
organisational
and
time management
skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using
order management systems
or
ERP software - Good knowledge of
shipping procedures
and
courier coordination
. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferable
attributes:
- Experience working with
B2B clients
or within a
warehouse/distribution
environment. - Knowledge of
international shipping
and
customs requirements (small amount currently) - Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
