Stylist / Producer

We're looking for a Stylist / Producer to join our creative team. This hybrid role blends style and structure, perfect for someone with an eye for fashion and the organisational edge to bring shoots to life. You'll be at the heart of the photoshoots that define the Peppermayo aesthetic.

About the Role

As our Stylist / Producer, you'll play a key role in curating and planning Peppermayo's ecommerce and campaign shoots. Working closely with our buying, design, and creative teams, you'll style and coordinate the looks for new collections. You'll balance creativity with coordination, ensuring every detail, from looks to call sheets, is planned, styled, and delivered on time and on brand.

What You'll Be Doing — Styling

• Curate and style looks for weekly ecommerce and monthly campaign shoots in collaboration with the buying and design teams.
• Style on set during ecommerce and campaign shoot days, ensuring each look is elevated, cohesive, and true to the Peppermayo brand.
• Source on-trend styling pieces and accessories to elevate key looks.
• Maintain consistency across all styled content, ensuring it reflects Peppermayo's fashion-forward aesthetic.

What You'll Be Doing — Production

• Manage and maintain the photoshoot calendar, ensuring all ecommerce and campaign shoots are booked and aligned with collection drops.
• Coordinate with external partners to book and brief models, hair & makeup artists, travel, studios, and locations.
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and run sheets for shoot days.
• Oversee castings and liaise with modelling agencies to discover new and in-town talent.
• Manage logistics and post-shoot administration, including collating invoices and tracking budgets.

You'll Bring

• A strong creative eye and natural flair for styling.
• Proven experience in fashion styling and/or photoshoot production (ecommerce or campaign experience highly regarded).
• An understanding of the fashion landscape, emerging trends, and what's next in youth culture.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shoots and stakeholders.
• A positive, proactive energy that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
