Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic **Concierge** based at our Surry HillsLocation. The role would suit a dynamic, flexible hospitality professional obsessed with creating a world-class guest experience.

**40 hours a week, Tuesday - Saturday (No Late Nights)**

**ABOUT SALON LANE**

New to Australia, Salon Lane is Australia’s largest provider of shared premium workspaces for hair and beauty professionals. Think WeWork but for hair and beauty professionals

With multiple sites in **Sydney **and **Brisbane **and more in the pipeline, Salon Lane provides a move-in-ready solution that not only gives hairdressers, beauty therapists and other industry professionals complete control over their business and profits but also a safe space and support network designed to empower them to become successful entrepreneurs.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The **Concierge** will be critical to the smooth day-to-day running of our portfolio of growing sites liaising with the Member Experience Manager on all operational and member issues. You will be the face of the brand and responsible for first-class member and client experience.

**MEMBER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**

**Community & Administration Management**
- Create a fun, positive and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- In conjunction with the Member Experience Manager, be the primary point of contact for members and assist them with any enquiries and resolve issues.
- Managing the sites booking system (Office RnD)
- Ensure the member experience is consistently exceptional and retention rate targets are met.
- Assist in event logistics and pre-event preparation matters.
- Assist with connecting members to take advantage of client referrals.
- Assist with member inductions.

**SITE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS**
- Foster a culture of going the extra mile where the Member Experience is at our core.

**Facilities Management**
- Conduct daily site inspections with the concierge team identifying and escalating any facilities issues.
- Assist in coordinating trades and communicating works to the membership group.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

3+ years’ experience in hospitality, administration or Front of House.

Experience in coworking, hospitality, and events is looked on favourably.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Other computer skills include MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom, Trello, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn & Dropbox.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
