Logistics Coordinator

OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain this role will see you responsible for supporting end to
end logistics and delivery for the various Aje channels. The role is well suited to a self-starter with the
ability to multi-task and support a variety of customers, terms, and deadlines. This role will greatly
support a variety of stakeholders and therefore presents exciting opportunities for personal growth

KEY REPONSIBILITIES
- Work with local and international suppliers for all relevant shipping and customs clearance
documentation is actioned
- Ensure economical decisions are made around freight and logistics choices including method
of transport, consolidation, and rate reviews follow up any shortage or discrepancy of deliveries with relevant parties including warehouse,
production managers and suppliers before shipment
- Assist Logistics team ensuring all 3PL's have inbound/outbound documentation
- Prepare updated Logistics tracking reports for internal staff
- Stay up to date with all international requirements and restrictions
- Daily communications with 3PLs to identify what is priority and expected timelines for
outbound shipments. Ensuring on time dispatch for all channels.
- Track and resolve any issues with freight movement between 3PL and stores, ensuring on time
and in full delivery to stores each week from Aje warehouse
- Assist Aje team members with special courier shipments including advice and/or
documentation Assist Production & Logistics team with adhoc tasks and data entry
- Be responsible for complying with and directing all legislative requirements of the Aje Safety
System for all 3PL and warehouse locations
- Support with all technology and system maintenance tasks relating to WMS, Inventory
Management and ERP solutions utilised within your role
- Cross trained in all inbound, outbound and administration tasks
- Support Logistics team on inbound & outbound tasks
- Support to Trade Operations Fulfilment Co-Ordinator at peak times

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICIATORS
- Adherence to company critical path and Production team’s department deadlines
- On time delivery from suppliers to warehouses
- On time delivery to all channels
- Shrinkage/data integrity KPIs
- Completion of all quarterly projects and tasks, as agreed with the Senior Manager
- Supply Chain
- System and Administration maintenance
- Completion of all quarterly projects and tasks, as agreed with the Logistics Manager

REQUIRED AND DESIRED SKILLS
Technical
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, EDI integrations, Inventory
Management Systems & Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Experience in working in a multi-channel fashion retailer (wholesale, owned channel retail and
e-commerce) is ideal.
- Experience in working with offshore teams and suppliers is ideal
