The Aje Collective invites you to be a part of this new era as we have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administration Coordinator to join our Head Office Team. Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this role will see you responsible for supporting end to end logistics and delivery for all local deliveries, local 3PL and outbound across the various Aje channels.

**As a Logistics Administration Coordinator, your tasks will include**:

- Complying with and directing all legislative requirements of the Aje Safety System for all 3PL and warehouse locations
- Supporting with all technology and system maintenance tasks relating to WMS, Inventory Management and ERP solutions utilised within your role
- Daily communications with 3PLs to identify what is priority and expected timelines
- Tracking and resolving any issues with freight movement between 3PL and stores, ensuring on time and in full delivery to stores each week from Aje warehouse
- Assisting Inbound Coordinator with supplying relevant documentation to all 3PLs for inbound/outbound stock.
- Staying up to date with all international requirements and restrictions and communicate any risks to the wider business in a timely manner
- Monitoring any shortage or discrepancy of deliveries with relevant parties including warehouse, merchandising, production managers and suppliers before shipment
- Ensuring economical decisions are made around freight and logistics choices including method of transport, consolidation, and rate reviews
- Assisting the Production and Logistics team with data entry and adhoc tasks
- Working with Inventory Controller to resolve inventory discrepancy in 3PL warehouses
- Supporting Wholesale Operations Coordinator with documentation needed for shipping
- Logistics Invoice validation and processing

**You will bring**:

- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, EDI integrations, Inventory Management Systems & Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Experience in working in a multi-channel fashion retailer (wholesale, owned channel retail and e-commerce)
- Experience in working with offshore teams and suppliers will be ideal
- A high level of attention to detail, with the expectation to identify and rectify errors and risk
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, of all levels. Ability to calmly provide status updates and solutions
- Operationally sound & process mindset that allows you to design and practice relevant policies & procedures, including safety related policies that will enable the business to be best-in-class when it comes to operational and logistics procedures
- A demonstrated ability to work well both within a team and independently, self-managing personal task lists to deadline
- Self-motivation to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions, particularly in time-sensitive scenarios.
- A proactive interest in keeping at the forefront of the logistics industry
