The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Director of Sales - MICE to maximize revenue potential across corporate meetings, incentives, and MICE events market segments. This role will focus on retention and acquisition, with a particular emphasis on the Southwest Asia market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience
