Job Description:

As a Revenue Growth Strategist with The MAS Agency, you will be responsible for driving business success and profitability through effective sales leadership and strategy execution.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to oversee the growth and profitability of our client's business, driving revenue generation and managing both national retail and wholesale sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting $100 M+ in revenue through successful sales leadership and execution of growth strategies, as well as experience in managing geographically dispersed sales teams, with regular travel.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior management to develop and execute business strategies that align with overall business goals, including setting sales, gross profit, Op Ex, and EBITDA targets.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead a national retail sales team through a structured branch approach
  • Manage a wholesale sales team across AU/NZ, supporting their growth and regional exposure
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to sales managers and staff, ensuring high performance across the board
  • Profitability & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability


The salary for this role is estimated at $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and includes a competitive package of benefits, including a car allowance, commission, and contributions towards health insurance.

Requirements:
  • MBA or similar qualification preferred, but significant experience may also be considered
