Unlocking Revenue Growth Opportunities

At Lion, we're committed to delivering exceptional results in the On-Premise channel. As a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager - On Premise, you'll play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth and profitability for our business and customers.
About the Role:
- You will develop and implement pricing strategies that leverage data-driven insights to optimize revenue and return.
- Lead the strategic plan for CPI increases twice annually for the on-premise channel, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market dynamics.
- Create promotional strategies and mechanics for the on-premise channel, focusing on trade spend efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive greater commercial and financial acumen, influencing at senior leadership levels.
- You will also drive actionable insights for Sales through the development of a pricing & promotional strategy driven by consumer behaviour.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category or Commercial Finance, with a proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profit outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, develop strategic plans, and gain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
