At a leading organisation, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Revenue Director to drive growth and profitability.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of $250,000 AUD plus additional benefits.

About the Role

This key leadership position will oversee national retail and wholesale sales teams, driving revenue generation and managing sales strategies. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop business objectives, maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, and lead a team of sales managers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of driving $100 M+ in revenue through sales leadership and executing growth strategies
  • Experience in managing geographically diverse sales teams and aligning performance across different regions or locations
  • Strong brand ambassador skills, leading by example and inspiring the team
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead a national retail sales team through a structured branch approach and manage a wholesale sales team across AU/NZ
  2. Profitability & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CFO to develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability, assist in setting sales, gross profit, Op Ex, and EBITDA targets, and support branch sales managers in creating accurate sales budgets and forecasts
  3. Cross-Departmental Support: Foster collaboration across all internal departments to align strategies and drive company-wide success, work alongside teams in strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and IT to develop a scalable, efficient business model
