Key Sales and Revenue Growth Leader

This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Hard/Technical Services and Facilities Management Industry. As a Key Sales and Revenue Growth Leader, you will play a key position within the business and work closely with the Business Development Director and Divisional Managing Director to develop and implement sales strategies.
The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and successfully closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within target markets.
- Developing and building long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
- Maintaining excellent relationships and after-sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
- Identifying and building a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities.
- Raising the company and business profile by representing CBRE at industry events, high-level networking, and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5 years proven sales/business development experience from the facilities management/hard services/service provider industry.
- Experience of putting together exceptional quality sales documents.
- Experience of successfully delivering high-level presentations.
- Experience of dealing with a range of people, including site staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Driven by targets and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and methodical approach.
