About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced State Sales Director to lead our Consumer Electronics team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and priorities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Tertiary education in business, marketing, or communications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
