Job Title: State Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced State Sales Director to lead our Consumer Electronics team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and priorities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Tertiary education in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
