Executive Sales Director for Luxury Groups

Are you a sales leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Do you have a track record of driving revenue growth in high-end settings? We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our group sales efforts at Sofitel, a prestigious luxury hotel brand with a global presence.
As Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets. You will work closely with our marketing team to create tailored campaigns that appeal to different market segments, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry. You should be able to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and a generous paid time off policy.
