Strategic Account Growth Manager

We're seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of account managers, driving revenue growth and retention for mid-market sellers. As a key member of our account management organization, you'll oversee the strategy and execution of account plans, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business results.
A successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with 3+ years of direct leadership experience managing metrics-driven teams. You'll be skilled in identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills are essential.
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on our customers' success. We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks.
